WOW BY LOOKING AT IT YOU CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE (whatever?)

The good folks at Disney are up to something again first they take Vert skating out of the summer x-games (yes thats the big wooden stunt ditch, might I add allot of Vert skaters were very upset with ESPN so they got the world to vote on it and it's.........BACK!) and now they're suing Quik for using an X on a t-shirt!

I just heard from a source at Sesame St. that the letter “C” was also preparing to bring defamation of character charges against Quik.

It claims that by omitting “C” from it’s rightful place in the word “Quiksilver,” the company influenced other commercial entities like Quik-E-Mart and Quik Lube to drop their “C”s as well, ultimately leading to decreased exposure and loss of residual revenue for the alphabet’s third letter.

Talk about tech, there's a few company's that have jumped on the i-phone groove but in a much bigger scale. Surface is essentially a Windows Vista PC tucked inside a shiny black table base, topped with a 30-inch touchscreen in a clear acrylic frame. Five cameras that can sense nearby objects are mounted beneath the screen.

With a hefty price tag between $5,000 and $10,000 per unit, Microsoft isn't immediately aiming for the finger painting set. (The company said it expects prices to drop enough to make consumer versions feasible in three to five years.)

Rumor has it that Billy Gates over there is planning on doing the same technology on Microsofts Zune and X-Box 360!!

AMERICAN SURFER DIES AFTER SHARK ATTACK IN MEXICO

Face to face with a 7 foot Grey Reef Shark (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos)

Adrian Ruiz, 24, of San Fransisco, was bitten on the leg by a grey shark on Monday, opening a 15-inch (38-cm) wound from his hip to his knee and exposing the bone.

Mr Ruiz was surfing near the beach town of Troncones, 22 miles (35 km) north of the Ixtapa holiday resort. He was pulled to the beach by a friend and “rushed in a bystander’s vehicle to the military naval hospital, where he died soon after from blood loss,” a police statement said.

There were 71 other reported attacks worldwide last year, up from 63 in 2006.

FATAL SHARK ATTACK SOLANA BEACH

Medics have responded to a fatal shark attack in Solana Beach. A Witness reported seeing a shark from the shore and another witness reported seeing the victim's leg being severed from the knee.Rancho Fire is notifying bordering cities lifeguard services and Coast Guards about the attack.
According the Florida Museum of Natural History's Shark file, the last known shark attack in San Diego County was in 1959.

Medics have responded to a fatal shark attack in Solana Beach.
Authorities say that the 60-year-old man was swimming with a triathlon group before he was attacked.
A Witness reported seeing a shark from the shore and another witness reported seeing the victim's leg being severed from the knee.
Sea Experts from Sea World and Scripps Aquarium are examining bite marks on the victim to determine the type of shark that attacked the victim.
